Summer Lunch at Langstone Quays Resort on Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th

Lunches will be held at the Langstone Hotel on the North of Hayling Island. We have booked the hotel for two days.

Arrival time for booking in is12.00 noon for service to begin at 12.30 pm.

If you require, drinks should be purchased at the main bar, before taking your places for lunch.

Please complete your choices for yourself and your guest on the booking form, from the menu below

Lunch will be 12.00 for 12.30.

1. 12-hour slow cooked shin of English beef, creamed potato, honey roast root vegetables, french beans, bourguignon sauce GF

2. Grilled organic salmon fillet, lemon and dill crushed potato cake, creamed savoy cabbage, asparagus, hollandaise sauce GF

3. Braised lamb shoulder, dauphinoise potato, roasted celeriac, sticky red cabbage, rosemary & redcurrant reductio

4. Chefs Choice of Vegetarian and Vegan main of the day



1. Eton “Tidy” Mess, meringue pearls, champagne jelly, seasonal berries, vanilla cream, raspberry coulis

2. Dairy cream filled Profiteroles, crème Chantilly, Valrhona chocolate sauce, fresh strawberries

3. Sticky Toffee Pudding, Butterscotch Sauce, vanilla ice cream or clotted cream
